REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY
HI TEAM UPSTATE!
We’re just a little shop here in the tundra of the North!
And more than anything, we want you to be happy! We really want this for you!
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you do choose to return or exchange an item, you are always welcome to keep the love and gratitude that we packed it in, for it’s journey to you.
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 14 days, please contact us within this period to initiate a refund or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This shouldn’t be a problem, as we know you will be excited to dig in to your goods! And we are pretty sure that you’re going to love them!
Only regular priced items may be returned; sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept international returns or exchanges.
We would much prefer to exchange or issue a gift card to you in lieu of a refund. Please let us know if this works for you.
If you choose to exchange or receive store credit a pre-paid shipping label will be sent your way for free.
If you choose a refund, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or gift-card/ store credit.
Gift cards, exchanged and refunds will be dealt with quickly, but please note that processing times vary for refunds.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your items are damaged upon arrival to you, we will either replace or issue a refund as soon as possible.

HOLIDAY SEASON RETURNS
Returns for items purchased after December 1st are eligible for return/exchange through January 10th.
SHIPPING
From May-December we ship within two business days.
Winter shipping is Tuesdays and Fridays, but often more often :)
